WHO's WESSEL?

Ham & cheese toasties at midnight, salty popcorn every time, mountains for adventure, and Smite for the grind. Now that you know the basics, let’s talk sound design!

Game audio always intrigued me, but for a long time, I didn’t know where to start. When I took a break from sound, I kept circling back to the same question: Would I regret not trying? The answer was obvious. So, I decided to stop wondering and start creating. I love experimenting, learning by doing, and chasing the perfect sound. Even if it means hitting a rock a hundred times just to capture the perfect 'pogrk!'.

I started in linear audio, working on commercials and voice-over projects. My first step into gaming came through Esports Business. At our esports club, I worked on broadcasts, improving audio workflows for live streams, tweaking setups, and making sure every event sounded crisp and professional.

Once I finally jumped into the Game Audio Sprint course, I knew I was on the right path. The first time I got a sound playing through Wwise into Unity, it felt like a small but meaningful victory.

My next goal? Whether it’s sound design, technical audio, or something in between, I’m ready to make noise.

Ready for it? Let's get in touch!
